This past week has been a blur of work, side projects, and Dragon Age: Inquisition. I didn’t get a real break until last night when my agency held their annual bash. Fun people, good music, and open bar. Got TURNT. We did leave early though because Michael was too far gone and I wanted to game, but as soon as I got home, I felt like mush and went to bed. ~*The glam city life*~
But no hangover. That’s something, yeah?
I’ve been downplaying my excitement for DA:I on this blog, but I’m so stoked that it’s finally here! No spoilers, so this entry will be a short one.
Pro-tip if you’re just starting out: Leave the Hinterlands, for Maker’s sake! I was stuck there for eight hours trying to clear all the side quests, but this isn’t Skyrim and the plot has to move for the game to stay interesting. Once I got the completionist in me under control, I started to truly enjoy the game.
I’ve been kicking ass at work, and I’m getting some Ruby on Rails practice down in my spare time. I have a couple of side projects in the works. I hope to finish them by next month. Wish me luck!
I don’t have much room for anything else besides work, side projects, and DA:I right now, but I don’t mind. Life’s good.
