Mount Charleston and a Double Rainbow

Riding that vacation high for as long as I can. We hiked on Mount Charleston one rainy morning. The rain slowly turned to snow as we drove further away from Vegas. And yes, we do have snow and pine trees in the desert. ⛄

Our last day was also rainy. My sister-in-law and I were downtown and happened to be parked on a rooftop when the rain let up. When we stepped out of the casino, we were greeted with a large and bright rainbow. Read more…

Fallout: New Vegas Tour

I spent a fun and relaxing vacation in Vegas last week. It was much-needed and a huge relief. I’ve been wanting nice to get away for a little while. One of the highlights was our Fallout: New Vegas tour!

Boston 2015: Day Two

The Freedom Trail is a path passing through historic locations in downtown Boston to Charlestown. Following it will lead you to places that made an impact on the history of the United States, to the Boston Massacre, the Midnight Ride, to the path of this nations’s road to independence.

It is also a plot point for a major faction quest in Fallout 4. Come on now, don’t give me too much credit. So on my second day in Boston, my friend Alex and I walked the trail. Read more…
